The City of London has received an application to amend the zoning By-law for the Manor and Highland Park Public School property. There will be a meeting held on Feb. 13, 2013 at 7pm at the Church of Epiphany (11 Briscoe St.) to discuss. The applicant wants to change the property to a 28 unit affordable housing apartment and to allow for future severance of 12 single detached dwelling lots.
